Quand il s’agit de consommer de la viande, pourvu qu’elle soit bio, locale et provenant d’un petit élevage local.
Ainsi les besoins des animaux et de l’environnement sont respectés.
Et grâce au domaine de Crévy cela est possible!
Avec leur viande maigre de vache laitière, nourrie depuis la naissance uniquement d’aliments bio issus à 100% des cultures du Domaine.
Une partie du troupeau part chaque année dans le val de Bagnes pour 2 à 3 mois d’estive, ou les vaches en cours de lactation sont traites.
Leur lait est transformé sur place en fromage à raclette de Bagnes (que vous pouvez aussi goûter à la boutique en hiver !)
La viande se prête très bien à tous les plats mijotés ou la confection de buns, boulettes, brochettes kefte, à votre goût.
